Mic Martin has experience working as a Police dog handler and Military dog trainer and tactical adviser in several other countries. He has participated in Working Trials at the highest level. He has collaborated with several Hollywood stars as a stunt coordinator employing dogs and as a support actor playing roles with dogs. He has worked on countless film and television projects. He is a Guild of Dog Trainers Member and has studied dog behaviour at the Animal Care College. His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the Military Police of the United Arab Emirates hired him as a K9 Consultant and Instructor.   He has since finished four more overseas assignments.

He runs Mic Martin Dog Training, Hertfordshire Dog Training School and K9FX Film Dogs,
